"McAlmont is a swinger at heart ... effortless authority, seductive and sassy" MOJO Magazine
Described by The Independent as "one of British pop's most precious hidden treasures," David McAlmont is a much-admired singer, with a healthy back catalogue of critically acclaimed work. As one half of McAlmont and Butler alongside Suede guitarist Bernard Butler, David McAlmont left an indelible mark on the music of the 90s and 2000s.
His startling vocal ability prompted Melody Maker to comment "One day he will open his mouth and a cathedral will fall out."
The Last Bohemians is the first major recorded work by David McAlmont for over a decade, featuring a varied range of originals alongside imaginative arrangements that perfectly showcase his vocal talents, including Queen's Love Of My Life, Suede's The Wild Ones and The Beatles' I'm So Tired.
