This two hour class will introduce you to knife techniques for vegetables including, Juliene, Chiffonade, Macedoine etc. In some classes you will learn to fillet a fish and cut meats (please send an email if you need more information). We believe you will use these skills in everyday cooking as well as to make those impressive dinners. With plenty of practice time in the class, you'll use your chopped ingredients for a one pot dish to enjoy in class or with friends at home.
