The 2nd International Conference on Food Quality, Safety and Security – (FOOD QUALSS 2018) will be held from 25th and 26th October 2018 in Colombo, Sri Lanka, under the theme “Towards Sustainable Healthy Lives through Value Chains of Quality and Safe Foods”. It will bring together academics, scholars and researchers in the field, focusing on research topics such as food insecurity and remedies, food quality and safety, agro food management systems, socio-economic facets in food production and consumption, food biotechnologies, emerging food technologies, nutrition sciences and health.
