OTDYKH International Russian Travel Market

OTDYKH Travel Market is Russia’s leading travel and tourism event. The annually occurring travel exhibition in Moscow is the perfect start for the upcoming winter season on the Russian inbound and outbound market.
The 2019 edition welcomed 600 exhibitors from 35 countries and 41 Russian regions. The expo showcased developments in a range of sectors, such as industrial, event, medical, sports and gastronomic tourism. Companies from across the travel industry took part, including tour operators, hotels, resorts, airlines and transport companies.
Following the success of the 2019 event, the dates for the upcoming OTDYKH Leisure fair 2020 have been announced. Next year’s highly anticipated three-day event will take place at the Expocentre in Moscow from the 8th – 10th of September 2020.
The OTDYKH Leisure fair of 2020 will see the return of the many spectacular business networking events of the 2019 edition. Highlights of the expo included a series of exclusive B2B marketing events for exhibitors, such as roundtable meetings between leading Russian tour operators and international organisations. Other features included a sales-call service, expert workshops and the B2B Speed Dating service which facilitated one-on-one meetings at exhibitors’ stands.
The highly popular Hosted Buyer program will also be making a comeback in 2020, establishing hundreds of meetings between high-level buyers, tour operators and travel agencies.
The Dominican Republic has made the exciting announcement that it will be the official partner country at the OTDYKH Leisure 2020. The Dominican Republic – a major winter holiday destination– will host a 200m² stand delighting visitors with a series of cultural and artistic performances, traditional music, dances and Caribbean cuisine.
This year the expo promises dozens of exciting events across multiple conference halls, hundreds of expert guest speakers and thousands of visitors from the travel industry.
