We might not be able to visit the coastline this summer, so instead please join us on this virtual mission and discover
Ireland’s stunning West Coast with Croí’s journey from Couch to Wild Atlantic Way.
Embrace the Wild Atlantic Way of life by running, walking or jogging part of this spectacular coastal route over the
next six weeks on this virtual mission. Your progress will be tracked through our interactive map on iDonate, where
people can sponsor you along your way.

Date: Starts June 10 (Typically takes 6 weeks, join when you like!)
Location: Choose your virtual coastal walk along the Wild Atlantic Way in Donegal, Sligo/Leitrim, Mayo, Galway or Clare! You then start walking in and around your area within current restrictions, recording how far you exercised and then upload the distance on our specially-designed website to move down the coast! See below for guidance on which coastal walk is best for you.
Cost: €15 each or €40 for families
Participants receive a special, eco-friendly Couch to Wild Atlantic Way medal!

You can link your virtual mission to an app like Strava, which will track your kilometres and move you down the coast, or you can manually upload your distance walked.
