E-Learning is the use of technology to enable people to learn anytime and anywhere. e-Learning can include training, the delivery of just-in-time information and guidance from experts. 
ICeTLE 2017 will provide an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of e-Technology e-Learning e-Education. It aims to gather professors, researchers, scholars and industrial pioneers all over the world. It is the premier forum for the presentation and exchange of past experiences and new advances and research results in the field of theoretical and industrial experience. The conference welcomes contributions which promote the exchange of ideas and rational discourse between educators and researchers all over the world.

ICeTLE2017 welcomes paper submissions on innovative work from researchers in academia, industry and government describing original research work in e-Technology e-Learning e-Education field. Accepted papers will be published in the following Journal with ISSN.

International Journal of Languages, Literature and Linguistics (IJLLL) is an international academic journal which gains a foothold in Singapore, Asia and opens to the world.
