SMART* Strategies for Infusing Innovation, Design & Analysis for Enhancing Research Portfolio & Profile

This workshop is specially designed as highly interactive and experiential learning experience aims to lead participants to rediscover SMART* attributes of research mindset. Workshop program is planned to conceptualize innovative research ideas & projects. Sessions take a leverage on science, technology and managerial experience and to strengthen independent and collaborative research. Ultimately concepts of this workshop should enhance publication and career opportunities, widen academic, industry and community network building. The proposed SMART attributes are substantially different from acronym SMART* used in management literature methodology. SMART* workshop program is a combination of various modern pedagogies and with a thought provoking group discussions and sharing sessions. It includes an active and challenging independent as well as collaborative research assignments and learning activities in subgroups.
