At Upaya Yoga, we are now providing you with 60 Hours Yin Yoga Teacher Training to increase your knowledge about chi flow and learn how to refresh and restore your internal organs. Once you are done with this program then you can teach Yin Yoga to your student's efficiency and become a successful Yin yoga teacher.

What you will learn in this course:-

• Yin Yoga basics.

• Yin Yoga philosophy.

• How to cue Yin Yoga smoothly and safely in a class.

• How to give clear instruction (working with Voice).

• Yoga anatomy (for Yin practice).

• How to use props correctly.

• How to theme and structure a Yin Yoga class.

• Yogic breathing (Pranayama).

• The methodology of teaching.

• Teaching practice (45 min to 90 class)

• Observation of peers.
