The society is increasingly becoming fast-paced, overly automated, and digitally driven. Human touch is becoming rare and empathy is at a premium. While technology rewards us with convenience and instant gratification, it makes in-person interaction scarce. In this environment, brands face the possibility of becoming cold, faceless entities. However, to succeed in a market where consumer experience is the key differentiator, brands need to engage with consumers intimately and pull at their heartstrings.
Given the significance of the subject to business leaders, All India Management Association is organizing a session on the theme Marketing at Confluence of Storytelling & Automation with Mr Kartik Raina, Former CEO, Dabur Foods & Former Managing Director, Bestfoods International (Unilever Bestfoods), Sri Lanka. The session will help the audience appreciate the art of telling brand stories in an automated environment and building profitable brands with a human touch.
The session will be held on Friday, 26 July 2019 from 1630 hrs to 1730 hrs, at the AIMA, 14, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, Delhi. Registration & Tea/coffee would be at 1600 hrs
