Join our next yoga course which is 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. In this program we teach the meditation, pranayama, bandhas, mudras and Hatha Yoga postures to teh students. This yoga program is also open for the students who completed their 100 Hour yoga teacher training. In our school we have qualified yoga masters which has the deep knowledge about the yoga aspects. They are happy to share their knowledge with you.
The 200-hour training of our school will help in increasing the skills of physical and mental health. Our yoga master teaches you the yoga in theoretical and practical approach so that you will know deep aspects of traditional yoga.
