Earthx Hack - THE ENVIRONMENTAL HACKATHON

The EarthX Hack is a hackathon designed to inspire you to use technology to solve real
issues plaguing the world climate today. We are providing a space and platform to trigger
your imagination to create inspirational ideas that can be implemented on a global scale.

EarthX 2019 Expo in Dallas, Texas is the largest environmental event in the world. For the first time ever, it is being brought to India exclusively by iCreate, simultaneously with the US event, on Saturday and Sunday the 27th and 28th of April 2019. The EarthX Hack is a hackathon designed to inspire you to use technology to solve real issues plaguing the world climate today. We are providing a space and platform to trigger your imagination to create inspirational ideas that can be implemented on a global scale. 

We encourage you to form a cross functional team of 2 to 5 persons and spend two exhilarating, power packed days at iCreate’s campus for creating a well-researched, technically feasible solution to help the environment. This time, the theme’s focus is on water, its purification, conservation, the oceans, the rivers and lakes. Use your creativity backed by scientific knowledge to build prototypes that help in solving the   problem of water generation, purification and conservation.

Here are a few examples: condense water from the atmosphere, use of renewable energy to purify water, solutions that help farmers conserve water or make do with less, etc.

The Solution Should be:

-Innovative

-Technically viable based on sound rationale

-Implementable in Indian  conditions Should have a -large, positive impact
