2019 8th International Conference on Software and Computing Technologies (ICSCT 2019) will be held in Hong Kong during April 5-7, 2019.

About Publication:

1.Publication in JCP. Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees and JCP editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in Journal of Computers, which will be indexed by DBLP, EBSCO, DOAJ, ProQuest, INSPEC, WorldCat, CNKI, etc. .

2.Publication in IJMLC. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and IJMLC editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in International Journal of Machine Learning and Computing , which will be indexed by  EI (INSPEC, IET), Scopus, Google Scholar, Crossref, etc.

3.Without Publication. If you're NOT expecting any publication of your paper, it's acceptable to submit just your abstract to the conference for oral presentation, which will be sent to at least two techinical committees for a brief review, and it will take about 10 working days.
