Panel on International Leadership and Management

The aim of the panel is to bring together academics, researchers, and professionals, of all areas of Leadership and Management. You may participate as a research paper presenter, a session chair or as an observer.

Leadership and management in the area of Communication is the central focus of this panel. The process of communication, motivation, inspiration, guidance, and encouragement of being a manager and a leader needs to be adapted, improved and monitored.
