GENERAL INFO:

The 17th Annual Sunset Heights Tour of Homes will be held Saturday Oct. 2 from 12-4 p.m. Funds raised go to the Sunset Heights Neighborhood Improvement Association and are used to assist neighborhood residents with their properties and maintain the historical integrity of the neighborhood.

This year, 6ix locations are part of the tour, *2 for the first time. 5 of them are located in the historic Sunset Heights neighborhood near downtown El Paso. First time participant, El Paso Museum of History, 510 N. Santa Fe St, features a very special exhibit on Sunset Heights. Residents and custodians will open their doors to give guests a personal look at these special properties.

Note: Sunset Heights is one of the first planned neighborhoods in the state; some of the homes on this year's tour date back to the early 1900's and may not be handicap accessible.
