Construction of 56 luxury independent living apartments at Western Reserve Masonic Community is underway and the public is invited for a peek at the plans on Thursday, July 7 at 5 p.m.
Once construction is complete, the new independent living building will contain underground parking and offer one, two or three-bedroom floor plans with balconies and a spacious floor plan. A new common area will offer a cafe, a bistro and a pub.
At the informational event, guests can view apartment renderings, floor plans and luxurious finishes available. They can also tour the newly renovated Community Center. In addition, a team of retirement living professionals will share information about the benefits of maintenance-free living, and provide a comparison of the financial factors of house upkeep versus community living. Guests are encouraged to bring their questions.
