About Our Presentation: What are the pros of RCV, Ranked Choice Voting? Does it really help to reduce polemics in elections? Is it a way for grass roots politicians to make the will of the people known? What are the cons of RCV? Is it really difficult to understand? How much longer does it take to find out who is the winner in an election contest? Find out the answer to these questions and more at the Fredericksburg Torch Club November meeting.
