New Legacy Big Band Dance at Rockingham Ballroom

With its big horn sound, the Legacy Swing Band has played for concert series, festivals, big fundraisers, dances as well as private and corporate events all over New England for over 25 years. The songs and tunes in our extensive library range from the music of Blood, Sweat and Tears, Brian Setzer, Herb Alpert, Chicago to contemporary (and swinging!) arrangements of the big band era but have not left the beloved original versions of those well-known classics in the dust. With our vast library and "tuxes to tees" flexibility, we'll customize our music to fit any audience.  Add the vocals of Michael Bulble', Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald and Nancy Wilson and you have the most diverse and swinging band around.
Our 4000 SF floating wood floor is the only such dance floor in NE. Rockingham Ballroom has hosted some of the biggest names of big bands, dating from 1934. Take a trip down memory land in our historic building with a band of the times, or come discover what made this era so great. And you can BYOB. Healthy Light menu available. Plenty of room to be covid safe dancing and seating. Doors at 7pm Band at 8-10pm.
