Funhouse Comedy Club - 20th Anniversary Charity Comedy Night in Ashby-de-la-Zouch January 2023

Funhouse Comedy Club are very excited to announce a very special show in aid of charity on Wednesday January 4th to celebrate 20 years since Funhouse launched.

The night will include 7 of our favourite acts to have played over the years and we will also have some video messages on the night from acts that couldn't make it in person.

Appearing will be:
PAUL SINHA "The Sinhaman" from ITV quiz show The Chase. Multi-award-winning comic. One of our most popular acts.
GEOFF NORCOTT Has appeared on Live at the Apollo, Would I Lie To You, Mock The Week and even Question Time.
STEVE ROYLE Gloriously entertaining act that came 3rd in Britain's Got Talent 2020 and has appeared on ITV's Live at The Palladium and in Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights.
LINDSEY SANTORO Bubbly Brummie lass, who was a finalist in English Comedian of the Year competition in 2018 and recently supported Joe Lycett at Wembley Arena. Hotly tipped for the big time.
DALISO CHAPONDA Brilliant African comic, who came 3rd in Britain's Got Talent 2017 and has had an acclaimed Radio 4 series.
IVAN BRACKENBURY Brilliant hospital radio DJ character performed by Tom Binns, which featured in his BBC1 sitcom Hospital People and on 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown.
ANDREW BIRD Wonderful comic specially selected by Michael McIntyre as support act on his last arena tour. TV appearances include The Russell Howard Hour.

The livestream will be professionally done with a static camera and a moving one and will also feature interviews with the comics. Tickets are just £5 with proceeds going to Oxfam Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal, Velindre Cancer Centre (Rhod Gilbert's charity) and Trent Regional Cleft Lip and Palate Service, who gave support to Funhouse founder Spiky Mike's daughter.
