Diablo Immortal has been subject to a mixed reception

It's worth keeping in mind the fact that these aren't exact comparisons considering that they come from different analysts and each is one week, not the first two weeks in Diablo Immortal. However, they do show that these numbers are pretty close.

GameSpot's Diablo Immortal review noted that the primary campaign is enjoyable, but after you've reached the final game, the sudden compulsion for good loot , which appears to be aimed at directing players towards spending money could be off-putting.

"But it's still one that you can enjoy without having to delve into the muddle of menus and lists that ask users to press a button for a myriad of benefits day in and day out, provided you're comfortable with the fact that you can't go through everything in a couple of sessions," the review concludes.

Torchlight Infinite is looking to make the addictive dungeon crawling and loot mining of the well-known arcade and PC RPG series onto iOS and Android devices. As Blizzard's recently released Diablo Immortal has shown, adapting an ARPG that was previously a PC-centric game to mobile is difficult. While it's not possible to determine if Torchlight Infinite has a chance to succeed on that front yet the XD take on the franchise is looking to attract new players as well as established fans from the franchise.
