You don't have to be a Buddhist to benefit from Buddhist meditation. This friendly class is open to all - experienced meditators as well as beginners. Learn some ancient but accessible practices for mindfulness, positive emotion and embodiment. They are as helpful now as they were 2500 years ago.
There's no need to book . We supply chairs and cushions, and offer tea and biccies at the end - so you can leave refreshed for your weekend.
