She has over 20 years of industry experience developing and implementing safety, health, environmental, transportation and regulatory affairs programs. She is a certified Speaker/ Trainer / Management Coach and has enjoyed both domestic and international leadership roles at the corporate, divisional and facility levels. Specifically, Deidre has transformed underperforming safety cultures and environmental compliance programs at Allied-Signal (Honeywell), Bausch & Lomb, AstraZeneca, Syngenta (Novartis), Johnson-Matthey and Oil & Gas Refineries. As a Management Consultant, she has delivered more than 1,000 learning & development training hours in EH&S subject matter, led over 100 operations and management systems audits domestically and internationally. She has also successfully implemented Responsible Care, ISO 14001, PSM, VPP at multiple facilities.
