For the June luncheon, we are excited to announce as our featured speaker – Wayne Gross from the Department of General Services, the procurement division for the State of California. Wayne has 41 years of experience in customer service starting from his early days as a USAF Captain. He currently serves as a Customer Liaison and SB/DVBE Advocate for the State of California Department of General Services, Procurement Division, Certification and Outreach Branch. In this role, he educates the business community and ensures that Small Business (SB) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) businesses seeking to understand and navigate the State’s procurement system.
THE SMALL BUSINESS (SB) AND DISABLED VETERAN BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DVBE) CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS were established by the State of California to increase business opportunities for the SB and DVBE community.
