For the July luncheon, we are excited to announce as our featured speaker - Stephanie Green from the Executive Division of the California Public Utilities Commission, where she oversees the General Order 156 Utility Supplier Diversity Program. She came to the CPUC from the private sector industries of telecommunications and technology. Prior to joining the CPUC Stephanie was a Product Manager with AT&T and AT&T Wireless where she led a multi-disciplinary teams in preparing products for market. In addition, Stephanie spent time at SBC in their consumer local service division and worked as a strategy and policy consultant for KPMG, specializing in the energy and communications area. Her experience includes positions at an internet music start-up and a digital multimedia firm. Stephanie holds a master's Degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Swarthmore College.

The CPUC monitors the procurement and contracting activities of the 33 participating utilities and provide maximum practical opportunities for diverse business to participate in the utilities' procurement and contracting activities.
