Bellina Alimentari’s Wild and Foraged

Bellina Alimentari will partner with local non-profit organization Concrete Jungle which focuses on harvesting fruit found around the city and donating it to local food banks and shelters. Learn about urban foraging and the tremendous range of produce that grows right in the heart of the city! Sample wild plums, peaches and edible greens foraged within 2 miles of Ponce City Market as well as a specialty cocktail and snacks from the Bellina kitchen. 50% of the proceeds from this class will be donated to Concrete Jungle.
