The use of technology in education has revolutionized learning. Shifting beyond traditional mode of education, the integration of technology has become an advantage for students with specific needs. E-learning brings forth a flexible and accessible mode of education. Further the use of technology also bridges the gap of learning across borders.

With e-learning, students can have the access to other universities and academic resource materials from other countries, thereby broadening the knowledge base of students. Given these advantages, it is pivotal to deliberate upon the development of technology use in education.

• Did technologies really innovate education ? - There are tons of cases that technologies actually didn't really change education authentically.
• What is assessed and fostered in our Education ? - Studies report that many exams actually have not assessed the education mission as expected.
• Educational goals usually declare that the education should raise critical, creative, collaborative, communicative learners in this 4th industrial revolution era, but majority of exams still award high scores to the receptive learners who is not critical nor creative, nor collaborative, nor communicative, especially in Asian countries.
• Do technologies contribute to effectiveness or efficiency in education ? - There are also numerous studies that technologies do not change genuine learning unless pedagogy in itself is changed.
• What is public education for ? For individual child indeed ? or for ruling system of the society ?
• Perception evolution of digital influence on our brain: is it really regression ? or evolution ?
