BananaIP Announces a Unique Seminar on Patents for Corporate Inventors

BananaIP (BIP) Counsels, a leading Patent Law Firm in India, is organizing a unique seminar on patents for corporate inventors on 22nd September, 2017, at Bangalore, India. Entitled “The Strategic Inventor,” the seminar is a first of its kind program to help companies generate business and competitive value driven Patents from their inventors. The program is aimed at helping corporate inventors create patentable and risk free inventions that address a company's business goals, and further its competitive value in the marketplace.

The corporate seminar has been designed by Dr. Kalyan C. Kankanala, a well-known Patent Attorney and thought leader in the field. The primary objective of the program is to help inventors gain valuable insights about inventing from the patent perspective.

The session provides an Understanding of elements to be considered for creating patentable inventions through participative storytelling and simple problem solving. The second session helps inventors learn the nuances of converting inventions into valuable patents by weaving inventor stories and experiences. Entitled, The Argumentative Inventor, the third session provides insights on risks from pre-existing patents through a mock patent trial.

Unlike the traditional patent seminars, this program will not include lectures and talks on patents.
