You are invited to participate in 2017 3rd IEEE International Conference on Computer and Communications (ICCC) that will be held in Chengdu, China on December 13-16, 2017. ICCC 2017 is hosted by IEEE and Sichuan Institute of Electronics, co-organized by Southwest Jiaotong University. Publication and Indexing:

All accepted papers must be written in English and will be published into conference proceedings by IEEE.
