ICSSPA 2017 is an opportunity for academics, students, scholars, scientists and engineers from around the world who are involved in the study, management, development and implementation of systems and concepts to combat information warfare or to improve information systems security & connected technologies to come together and exchange ideas. This conference is trying to establish itself as a key event for the understanding of threats and risks to information systems, the development of a strong security culture, and incident investigation.

 

Please consider submitting to this conference. We are interested in the entire range of concepts from theory to practice, including case studies, works-in-progress, and conceptual explorations.

PAPER SUBMISSION

Authors should submit a paper in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, addressing one or several of the conference areas or topics. Each paper should clearly indicate the nature of its technical/scientific contribution, and the problems, domains or environments to which it is applicable. Only original papers should be submitted. Authors are advised to follow ethical norms regarding plagiarism and self-plagiarism thoroughly before submitting and must make sure that their submissions do not substantially overlap work which has been published elsewhere or simultaneously submitted to a journal or another conference with proceedings. Papers that contain any form of plagiarism will be rejected without reviews.

 

Authors can submit their work in the form of a Regular Paper, representing completed and validated research, or as a Position Paper, portraying a short report of work in progress or an arguable opinion about an issue discussing ideas, facts, situations, methods, procedures or results of scientific research focused on one of the conference topic areas. All papers must be submitted through the online submission platform. After the paper submission has been successfully completed, authors will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail. All the papers should be of 6 pages length.

CODE POLICY

Plagiarism

Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (dual submission). These matters are taken very seriously and the Core Conference Team will take action against any author who has engaged in either practice.
Dress Code

We would like to maintain a perfect decorum and professional point level inside the Conference. Kindly co-operate in this issue. Jeans, T-Shirts, informal wears will be restricted for entry.
Time Policy

We don't give any relaxations in the time! Extreme level perfection in the terms of time shall be followed. All the timings are about for IST(GMT + 0530). If the required documents are not received on time, the committee has full rights to reject your submission or registered paper and will never encourage refund.
In-absentia Publication

We are not against In-absentia Publication of the good technical papers. Also we welcome all the authors to present the paper, but for some unavoidable issues may arise at the time of the Conference which prevents them from attending the Conference. At this case, committee will send the Published certificate through Courier. The transport expenses should be borne by the author themselves. All the materials will be dispatched within a week's time from out venue. The timeline is same as like for the Regular Authors.
Certificate Policy

A certificate will be provided for all the authors of the registered papers. There shall be no correction in name or other particulars than entered by you. All the data are being entered only by you! So, please take extreme level care while entering them as they will be printed. The conference registered authors will get the published certificate. Attendance certificate will be issued to the participants at extra cost subjected that they are available at the Conference venue.
Refund or Adjustment Policy

There is no such provision for entertaining the Refund or Adjusting for others. That is against the code of ethics of a Conference or Workshop because based on your registration we make the provisions here. Also we print certificates before you attend the Conference or Workshop. So cancellation is not at all possible.
